CMS student wins gold in International Olympiad


 

Lucknow, October 12 : Rishaan Halder, a student of Class III of CMS Kanpur Road campus brought laurels to the institution by winning the Gold medal in the International General Knowledge Olympiad organised by Science Olympiad Foundation, Haryana. Students from several countries participated in this prestigious event where Rishaan emerged victorious after displaying his knowledge acumen in current affairs, news of the world and ability to debate. He was awarded a medal and certificate for his outstanding achievement by the organisers. Founder Manager of CMS, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated Rishaan for his incredible achievement and said that CMS prepares its students to participate in various international competitions by giving them free of cost coaching in extra hours.

Grand inauguration of 'SPARDHA-2024'

Lucknow, 6 November : 'SPARDHA-2024', a four-day International Sports Olympiad organized by City Montessori School, RDSO Campus took off to a brilliant start as a grand inaugural ceremony was held at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium here this evening. The Chief Guest, Mr Ashish Kumar Singh, Member of Legislative Assembly, Bilgram-Mallawan, Hardoi, inaugurated the 'SPARDHA-2024' by lighting the lamp of peace and unity. Earlier, the Sports Olympiad began on an auspicious note with an All Religion and World Peace Prayer. The grand cultural ceremony saw the students holding flags of different countries and conveying the message - May Peace Prevail on Earth.  CMS students presented a heartwarming cultural presentation spreading the ideals of World Unity and World Peace all around. Smart contingents of teams from various countries added colour and attraction to the March Past leaving the viewers mesmerized. CMS Station Road Campus organizes Sports Day Sporting talents of little ones enthrall their parents

Lucknow, 10 February : Tiny tots of City Montessori School, Station Road Campus spread the colours of unity in diversity at the Sports Day of their Campus held here today at the Northern Railway Stadium in Charbagh, Lucknow. CMS once again figures prominently in the Guinness Book of World Records as the World's Largest School

  Lucknow, 6 October : City Montessori School (CMS) has yet again received the honour of 'World's Largest School' in terms of number of pupils in the Guinness Book of World Records, a matter of great pride not only for the city but for the entire state and the country.   CMS secured a place in the Guinness Book of World Record on the basis of its 61,345 students on roll in all 21 CMS Campuses in the 2023-2024 session. It was in the year 1999 that CMS was first recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the ‘world's largest school in a single city’ with 22,612 pupils on roll, and now, even after nearly 24 years, this record stays with CMS.
