Grand inauguration of International Sports, Arts and Music Competition (SAT-2024) at CMS today

Lucknow, 18 December : The five-day International Sports, Arts, and Music Competition (SAM-2024), jointly organized by City Montessori School, Indira Nagar Campus II and Ayodhya Road Campus, will be grandly inaugurated tomorrow on Thursday, 19 December  at 3.00 pm at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. Dr. Ratan Kumar, Director, Arts College, Lucknow will be the Chief Guest on this occasion while CMS students will present educational-cultural items in honour of the participating teams and their team leaders arriving from India and abroad. This information was given by Mr Rishi Khanna, Head, Communications, CMS. He informed that SAM-2024 is being held from 19 to 23 December at the CMS Kanpur Road auditorium, with participation from student teams representing prestigious schools from various Indian states, as well as Nepal and Sri Lanka. Today, throughout the day, the arrival of participant student teams continued, and a grand welcome was extended to all teams upon their arrival in Lucknow.

            Mr. Khanna informed that at this international event, several interesting and educational competitions will be conducted offline and online for the participating students from different countries. The major competitions include SAM Floor Fusionists (Rangoli), SAM Cuisine Connoisseurs  (Fireless Cooking), SAM Sculptors (3D model making), SAM Mellifluous Martials (Martial Arts), SAM Melody Maestro (Fashion Show), SAM Marionette Magicians (Choreography), SAM Quizzers (Quiz), SAM Graffiters (Painting), SAM Eco-Visualizers (Collage), and SAM Conclave, among others. Additionally, online competitions under SAM-2024 will include SAM Applauders (Group Singing), SAM Tale Weavers-Elomime (Poetry Recitation), SAM Synergists (Dance), and SAM Groove and Glide (Skating). Mr. Khanna expressed confidence that these competitions will not only bring out the latent talents of students but will also enhance their morale and self-confidence and empower them to accept the challenges of life with ease.

CMS delegation returns from Indonesia after attending Asia Pacific Regional Conference and Workshop

Lucknow, May 7 : A three-member delegation of City Montessori School returned from Indonesia after attending Asia Pacific Regional Conference and Workshop. CMS student secures admission in seven universities of England

  Lucknow, 12 May : Mahwish Siddiqui, a talented student of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I has been selected for admission by seven of the most prestigious universities of England.
